SOUND BODY: PHYSIOTHERAPY & WELLNESS

About SoundBody?

At SoundBody, we believe that your body is your instrument!

Whether you’re a musician, an actor, a teacher or supporting creative professional. Our mission is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and stay connected to the things you love, without pain holding you back.

Founded by Shauna Tohill, a qualified physiotherapist, songwriter, performer and wellness advocate, SoundBody blends evidence-based physiotherapy with an understanding of artistic and active lifestyles.

After years on the road as a touring artist and treating people in pain including singers with vocal fatigue, guitarists with shoulder pain, teachers with TMJ disorder and headaches - Shauna saw a need for a wellness space where movement meets meaning and community, thus SoundBody was born!
